"New York Central 5450 starts the Twentieth Century Limited
from Toledo, Ohio on a dark-early Winter morning. This
full color illustration by Mike Kotowski is the first of 12
in a series of streamlined steam locomotives. Each
8 3/4 x 11 print is mounted on a 14 x 16 inch gray mat
ready for framing. Signed and numbered by the artist each
print includes a brief history and certificate."]

"Artist Gil Reid is continuing his "Great Trains of America"
series of full color lithographs with a rendering of New
York & Hudson River 86-inch drivered 4-4-0 999 along the
Hudson River en route to Buffalo with the Empire State
Express on May 9, 1893. Returning from Buffalo the
next day, the 999 hit a world speed of 112.5 m.p.h. The
extremely handsome print is immaculately reproduced on
heavy 22"x16" stock with a modest white border on all
sides. The prints are available for $9.95 each,
although a limited quantity (total 100),
signed and numbered by Reid, are available for $35 each.

Brookfield, WI 53005. Shipment is in a mailing tube, and
3rd Class postage is included in the price (Wis.. res. add
5% sales tax; 50c additional per print for 1st Class

and the complete collection contains 45,000 grains of solid
sterling silver. Comes complete with a walnut chest that
has two black velvet-lined mounting drawers to display the
