[A useful and interesting book, but has various errors and inconsistencies. The Howard section refers to the Southern Railway once but may be referring to another not the CS. The index lists most references but misses CS references in Hawtrey, Highgate, and Moore, and MCR references in Malden and Mersea. The CS reference in Malden is one page off. Like many, it confuses the CS and the MCR.]
